Ostium is designed to make day-to-day card programme management simpler, faster and more transparent.

Live Order Visibility

Customers can search for an order and see exactly where it is, whether it’s in production, assembly, despatch or in transit. Through our delivery partner relationships, orders can be tracked through to delivery, removing the need to contact customer service for updates.

Smarter stock management

Customers can hold card stock securely at Certus and allow individual stores or locations to pull stock directly to their site when required. This reduces local warehousing, simplifies stock management and helps prevent over-ordering or shortages.



Advanced Card Management

For direct-to-customer programmes, such as membership or loyalty schemes, Ostium allows customers to search by individual card. This means they can:

  • Check the production and delivery status of a specific card
  • Respond to customer queries instantly
  • Stop an order before it progresses
  • Re-order or resend a card
  • Update information and issue a replacement

 

If an end customer asks, “Where is my card?”, the answer is available immediately without waiting for office hours or external support.
